Reserve a Study Room

STUDY ROOMS

8 rooms are available to all members with a valid registered library card in good standing is required and 1 room is available for valid Indian Trails library card holders. There is no fee for using these rooms. No music playing or music lessons are allowed throughout the library, including study rooms. You can book study rooms online through the library app, website, or in person at the second-floor kiosk, up to 24 hours in advance. Please note: no show within 15 minutes of the room reservation will be subject to cancellation.

HOW TO USE RESERVE

  1. 3 ways to reserve: reserve here or click the button below, use the library’s mobile app or the kiosk at the library. 
  2. Choose the room you want to book
  3. Choose the time you want to book (Green time blocks are open)
  4. Click Reserve Now
  5. Type in your library card number and PIN to complete the reservation.

Study Rooms A-H
• Up to 2 sessions allowed on the same day
• Up to 2 hours per session only

Conference Room I – for ITPLD cardholders only (must reserve this room in person at the Adult Services desk)
• For groups of 5-10 people
• Up to 2 sessions allowed on the same day
• Up to 2 hours per session only

IN-DISTRICT TEACHERS, BUSINESS and government Staff

In-district teachers, government staff and businesses may reserve a study room or Conference Room I with a valid ITPLD library card or if their organization’s address is within the district a card is not required. 
• See Adult Services staff at the second-floor desk. No phone call or online reservations. 
• Up to 2 sessions can be booked at a time for the same day or future. 
• Up to 2 hours per session.
• Subject to room availability.
