Program Registration

Registration begins at 9 am, on the 15th of the month prior to the start of the newsletter month, unless the 15th falls on a Sunday, when registration opens at 12 pm. For example, registration for programs listed in the September/October newsletter would open August 15.

Program Proposals

Please read prior to submitting a program proposal. If you are interested in presenting a program at the library, please review the library’s Programming Policy. Programs are scheduled 4-6 months in advance. Staff will contact you if the program meets our guidelines and fits into our schedule and budget. Due to the number of program proposals we receive, we are unable to respond individually to submissions.
