Working up a sweat and staying healthy while stuck at home can be difficult — but not impossible. Fitness studios are providing free live-streamed and recorded digital classes for you to join, from anywhere during the Coronavirus stay-at-home mandate.

Blink Fitness is hosting Facebook Live virtual workout sessions Monday-Friday, 7 am (CDT). Tips to stay motivated and fitness questions answered.
Orangetheory offers a new 30-minute workout video each day, featuring some of its most popular coaches from around the world. The workouts don’t require special equipment, but may feature everyday household items.
For the next 90 days, Peloton is offering its app to new users for free. Even if you don’t have the bike, the app has yoga, meditation, strength, stretching, bodyweight cardio and strength training exercises. Note: your credit card information will be taken, but you will not be charged. You will get a reminder three days before your trial ends so you won’t be accidentally billed. You can cancel anytime.
305 Fitness presents cardio dance live streams on YouTube, at 11 am and 5 pm (CDT). Classes are hosted by the founder of the studio, Sadie Kurzban.

Crunch Fitness members, or non-members, have free access for 45 days to the Crunch Live platform, which offers 100 workouts that can be streamed on phones, tablets or TVs.
Retro Fitness offers free daily live stream classes on its Facebook page Monday-Friday, 6 pm (CDT).
Life Time Fitness
Life Time Fitness offers free “Classes on Demand”streaming cardio, strength and yoga classes. New classes are added every day and include kickboxing, barre, guided meditations and more.
YMCA is offering all online exercise courses for free for a limited time, regardless of membership.
Barry’s Bootcamp hosts free live 20-minute bodyweight workouts on Instagram, 7 am (CDT) and 10 am (CDT).
CorePower Yoga is offering free access to a limited collection of online yoga and meditation classes while studios are closed.
