Join us for a trip to the Shedd Aquarium where we will see sea turtles, anacondas, sharks, and many more water creatures. Come to the library and make the payment of $3.00 per person (Covers transportation & Basic Admission first come first served). This trip is open to everyone, We will be going in a school bus, and children 2 and younger must sit on a parent's lap. Bring comfortable shoes and a sack lunch or money for lunch or other attractions. Limit 50 adults and children. Registration Required.

Most jobs are found digitally on the Web today before you even hear about them. Michael Yublosky will discuss and demonstrate how to using free Social Media tools to enhance and expand your job search, optimize LinkedIn profiles, be found on Google as well as searching the Web for job postings on Twitter. Learn to use these free tools to aid you in seeking a new or better job in these competitive economic times. This hands-on class requires the use of computer skills, as is familiarity with the Internet. Guides and reference materials will be furnished. You should set up a LinkedIn profile before attending this class. Publishing a resume or portfolio Web site and using video marketing will also be discussed.

Calvin and Gracie, two certified therapy dogs, would love to have you read to them. Sign up IN PERSON at the Children's desk on the first floor, for a 15 minute session.
