The Mobile Services Division at the library offers these services to special populations:
- The Mobile Services Division delivers books and videotapes to the locations listed below on the following schedule:

| Pavilion Senior Center | 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. |
| Wheeling Towers | 10:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. |
| Buffalo Grove Park District | 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. |
| Addolorata Villa | 12:30 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. |
| Thursdays: |
| Addolorata Villa 2 | 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. |
| Lexington Nursing Home | 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. |
- In addition to these Senior Services the Mobile Services also offers delivery of library materials to those who are temporarily or permanently homebound due to disabilities or illness.
- Mobile Services also assists patrons in obtaining services and materials for the Blind and Physically Handicapped through the Voice of Vision Center. The center serves as the regional distribution site for the materials produced by the Library of Congress. Popular books and magazines which have been reproduced in braille, as talking books, and as cassettes and records may be ordered free-of-charge by persons who qualify for the service.
